By accessing, browsing, or placing a commission on this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. CutieCreation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with any updates becoming effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using or accessing the site.

This website and all of its content are the exclusive property of CutieCreation.

Commissions

  • Limited Slots: Due to the custom nature of the products, the number of commissions accepted is limited. Acceptance is based on availability and at the sole discretion of CutieCreation.

  • Right to Refuse Service: CutieCreation reserves the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time for any reason, including inappropriate or unworkable designs.

  • Acceptance: Once selected for a commission, To secure a commission, a non-refundable deposit is required. The client has up to 3 business days to make this initial payment. Failure to do so will result in the commission being canceled, and the spot will be offered to another client.

Ordering Process

  • Reference Requirements: To ensure the highest quality of work, clients must provide a detailed reference sheet or several clear images of their character. Failure to provide proper references may result in delays or cancellation.

  • Client Communication: Timely and clear communication from the client is essential for the successful completion of the project. CutieCreation will keep clients updated on the progress and request approvals at certain stages.

Payment and Deposit

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your commission. Once accepted, clients have 3 business days to make the deposit payment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation, and the slot will be given to another client.

  • Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the final product is delivered or shipped.

  • Payment Methods: At this time, CutieCreation only accepts payments through PayPal.

  • Payment Plans: Payment plans are available, with a minimum monthly payment of $200. Payment plans must be completed within 6 months. Missing two consecutive payments will incur a 30% late fee per missed month, which must be paid before work can resume.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable after 3 days. Once work has started on the fursuit, no refunds will be issued, as materials and time are already invested in the project.

  • Cancellations: Clients may request to cancel their commission before work begins. However, any payments made (including the deposit) will not be refunded once materials are purchased or production has started.

Turnaround Time and Delays

  • Estimated Completion Time: Completion times vary based on the complexity of the project, current workload, and availability of materials. Estimated completion time can range from 4 (four) weeks to 2 (two) or 3 (three) months. Pleas note that delays may occur.

  • Communication on Delays: If unforeseen delays arise (e.g., illness, supply shortages), CutieCreation will notify the client as soon as possible and provide a new estimate.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are not included in the commission price and will be added once the fursuit is ready to ship. Clients are responsible for all shipping costs.

  • International Shipping: International clients are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.

  • Shipping Time: CutieCreation is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or customs agencies.

Quality and Warranties

  • Custom Craftsmanship: Each fursuit is handmade, and slight variations or imperfections may occur. These variations are part of the custom nature of the product.

  • Warranty: CutieCreation offers repairs for any defects in craftsmanship reported within 30 days of receipt. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the client are not covered by this warranty.

Allergies and Workspace Environment

  • Animal-Free Workspace: There are no animals present in the CutieCreation workspace, and all materials are handled in a pet-free environment. However, I cannot guarantee that the products are completely sterile or allergen-free. If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact me before placing an order.

Client Responsibilities

  • Accuracy of Information: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information, including reference sheets, measurements, and shipping details. CutieCreation is not responsible for delays or errors caused by inaccurate client-provided information.

  • Approval Process: During the process, clients may be asked to approve design drafts or updates. Prompt responses are crucial to avoid delays.

Age Requirements

  • Minimum Age: Clients must be 18 years or older to commission a fursuit. If the client is under 18, a parent or guardian must handle all communications and payments.
